Maintenance Packages are suitable for existing sites that are having trouble getting their site updated. Our maintenance packages include software updates and cleaning as well as content changes. Each package has an allocated amount of changes per month. If you are already a customer of ours then chances are you already have a maintenance package included with your deal. Get in contact to find out more about your maintenance deal. For sites that require more updates than five a month please request a quote.

Updates
Once your package is set up and your first month paid, you’ll be sent a list of maintenance dates specific to your site and package. If you wish to change the dates afterwards please get in touch. On the set dates please make sure that you have sent in all changes required via email or by phone.
Maintenance Reports
After every set of updates a report will be generated and sent to your email address listing all changes and updates to the software.
Additional Updates
If you have an urgent update that cannot wait until your next maintenance day, these will be billed seperately.
